In 2006 several landlords with properties in Anderson, Franklin, Mercer, Woodford, and Scott counties met and discovered they faced common challenges. They found they could accomplish more for themselves and their tenants, as well as their communities, by working together.
That year, a compilation of forcible detainers was started from public records and now has 19,000 entries. It is updated weekly and can be accessed by our members on this site.
